Alpha Epsilon Phi's new member program is called First Avenues. Avenues is designed to be a positive, energetic and fun program that welcomes new members into full sisterhood within the sorority
The goals of the New Member Process are to teach new members a complete history of the sorority and the values upon which the sorority was founded. Second, to learn the motivations that the seven founders had for creating A E Phi and also learning where A E Phi has chapters across the country. Third, how to become a positive, enthusiastic and active member of the sorority.
Of course, Avenues is not ALL business! There is plenty of time for fun and sisterhood activities, getting to know your future sisters, planning events for the entire chapter and participating in local fundraisers and community service projects.
