Ok, I got it
At Adelphi there are two semesters and forms of recruitment:
Fall Informal Recruitment- is held in the Fall and is where only current enrolled students or transfer students may attend. Students with under 12 credits are not allowed to attend Fall informal recruitment due to a strict Adelphi Policy.
Spring Formal & Informal Recruitment-is held in the Spring which holds both informal and formal recruitment. At this time in the year everyone is allowed to attend recruitment   from Freshman, Transfers, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
Informal Recruitment is a way for the sorority to add new members in a relaxed and social setting. It generally goes on for a week so possible new members have time to come and think about if a sorority is for them or not and which sorority will best fit their needs.
During the informal recruitment week possible new members a.k.a. rushees learn about the sororities chapter by talking to the sisters who have experienced all the great things that AEPhi has to offer. Sometimes we have themed recruitment rooms to help make the environment different and fun to be in.
We hold Recruitment tables the middle of September where rushees can sign up and get an idea of what the sorority is about and what to expect in the upcoming rrecruitment rooms. At this point freshman are   allowed to sign up, but only for future notification of Spring recruitment dates. First semester freshman are not allowed to attend informal fall recruitment. So if you are a current enrolled student at Adelphi please come and stop by our tables for some information.
A -d- E -l- PHI...the BEST decisions are the most obvious.
At Adelphi we hold Formal Recruitment in the Spring so current students of all years can see what the greek system at Adelphi holds for them. Each potential new member gets the chance to meet all of the sororities on the Adelphi campus and see what it is they each have to offer and what sets them apart from each other in ways of philanthropies, social and sister activities.

Formal Recruitment is a week of various events set up by the Adelphi Panhellenic Association and the sororities to help each rushee decide what sorority best suits their needs.
Spring Recruitment is the last two weekends in February! Come sign up at the information tables once the semester starts!
